Delivery

Limited to Mainland UK

Free Delivery for all orders over £150.00

All other orders are £9.99 Flat Rate – APC Overnight Courier Tracked – Delivered 24-48 Hours from Dispatch.

All our UK Mainland deliveries are shipped with tracking information provided. We aim to ship your items between 7 and 10 working days if embroidery or printing is required on the garments.

We aim to deliver your package within 7 working days; however in some cases where an item will need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, delivery can take longer (often 10-15 working days). Bad weather or any issues out with our control may delay your parcel being delivered to you. We will always remain in contact with you until you receive your goods.

Returns

  1. It should be noted that Personalised goods are not covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are not eligible to be returned unless faulty.
  2. You may return any item bought plain, without customisation, within 28 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. Return carriage costs are to be agreed with Name Droppers Ltd before goods are sent as costs will only be reimbursed up to a maximum of £6 unless otherwise previously agreed. Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed.
    Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
    • Goods that have been embroidered, badged, or printed.
    • Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
    • Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and are not plain, unpersonalised goods
  3. Our promise is to uplift unwanted goods from your premises within 14 days of the request being made.
  4. Name Droppers Ltd reserves the right to attempt to repair/uplift any garments prior to providing a replacement.
  5. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  6. In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors, Name Droppers Ltd reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of Name Droppers Ltd.
